For Project Cargo Handle exceptional work is to check Government SROs relevant to the Project for Customs Duty benefit and ask for documents
accordingly to the Clients. If Consignee usually gets any Government SRO benefits, accordingly relevant documents like Permissions from National
Board of Revenue, Permission from Commerce Ministry, Prottyapatra, Certificates, Undertaking, Bonds, CCI&E Import Permit, Any Other Government Letter,
Bank Guarantee, Shipping Indemnity, Contract Agreement, etc. varies Project to Project, Type of Contract Agreement. ASL ask Consignee or Contractor
in advance for above documents relevant with Project for prepare Customs documents and submission. Other documents like On-chassis and Over-side delivery
related documents are also asked in advance. After Completion of Customs Clearing works, ask for Customs Duty-Taxes to the Client/Contractor/Consignee.
Duty-Taxes are normally paid by Consignee in case of Government Project cargo but it is subject to Contract Agreement. Port charges, Shipping Agents charges,
Freight Forwarder charges (if any), Labour Charges are paid from ASL Account on behalf of Contractor as per contract with them. According to Size and Weight breakdown,
necessary Vehicles (Truck, Covered Van, High-bed Trailer, Low-bed Trailer, Barges, Cranes) are arranged for Load and Carry the cargo. At Project site necessary
Equipment like Crane, Fork-lift, Labour are arranged by ASL for unload and storage the cargo.
